Canon History: Her Star Rail wiki page!! (We are still learning about who Cyrene really is as a character, she's not playable yet so we're getting her in bits and pieces ♪) I'm pretending that thing doesn't exist

Canon Personality:
✦ + Relentless optimist! Always looking on the bright side of things, and always trying to find a positive light even in the darkest situations! This also leads her to try to encourage others whenever they're feeling afraid or down.
✦ + Habitual daydreamer. Coming up with stories on the fly all the time, which she'd love to share with you! Even something as simple as a squirrel running across the sidewalk can be the basis for a new adventure in Cyrene's mind.
✦ +- Extremely empathetic and perceptive of other people's feelings. It doesn't take her long to get a feel for new people, to the point that she can gauge how they might respond to something before they even get the chance to. Which ties into the next point--
✦ - She's almost always able to come up with a plan for any situation... just not so great at communicating those plans before acting on them. It's not uncommon for people to get swept up into a plot of hers or play right into her hands and not realize it until the outcome she wanted has already come to pass. Sorry, there really wasn't time to explain why she wanted you to agree to hand over the single most important tool you have at your disposal to the people who are still trying to decide if they want to side with you or execute you... but it all worked out in your favor in the end!
✦ - For as often as she's spinning new stories to tell everyone, Cyrene also keeps her fair share of secrets. A lot of the time these are things that she just doesn't think are big enough to warrant telling other people, but they can also include things that are catastrophically huge--sometimes on a life-ending level. No big deal, right?

AU History:
Sent to Sparta, Laconia to live with her aunt when she was too young to really remember her parents, Cyrene got to grow up alongside Mydei and his friends as "one of the boys", often playing games with them and following them around on childhood adventures. When at first one member of the pack tried to reject her company (with the age-old "you can't play with us, you're a girl"), she simply took up the nearest sturdy stick and chased him all across the play yard with it until he finally gave in and admitted that she was "cool enough... I guess."

At the age of seven, she wandered just a little too far off the beaten path while on a walk through the forests surrounding the city and stumbled headlong into a nest of spirits that she has since always referred to as fairies. They did no harm to the little girl who invaded their home, save for placing a mark on her that would forever tie her to the realm of the strange and supernatural. She'd paid it no mind at the time, assuming as the grown-ups did that it was simply her overactive imagination at play again, but little things would happen here and there as she got older that would lead her to believe that those fairies were always with her, and that the least she could do would be to try to make friends with them. Thankfully, no one really questioned the little girl leaving out snacks for the "imaginary friends" that she would talk to near-constantly, or the stories that she would tell about them.

When she was eleven, on a day that had been just like any other, Cyrene had the misfortune of watching not just one, but two of her closest friends sink into the Evrotas River to be swept away by the running water. Rather than remain rooted in place and simply watch a tragedy unfold, however, she was the one to run for help, bolting all the way home to tell her aunt and Mydei's mother Gorgo both that Perdikkas and Mydei were in trouble. Whether that intervention was truly responsible for saving Mydei's life or not, she still really doesn't know, but... he's alive, and that's all that matters to her.

AU Personality Differences: One huge difference is that she would be a lot scrappier, more prone to getting physical first and asking questions later. For being as tiny as she is, that girl knows exactly where she needs to strike someone to slow them down thanks to the company she kept growing up.

Squishmallow: A very soft squishmallow. You can decide what shape it takes.
Frying Pan: A good quality cast iron pan
Magitek Armor: A bipedal mech that stands about six to seven feet tall, with the pilot riding on top. It comes with basic mobility and a singular gun, but can be upgraded to do further things.
Golden Ice Cream: A french vanilla ice cream with edible gold leaf.
Divine Air Conditioner: An air conditioning unit that will make a room match the exact temperature you want, always. Since it's magically powered, it is not a drain on your electric bill. It can be set anywhere and does not require a window.
Yarn: A skein of yarn. It can be any color.
Inflatable Tube Guy: Your very own inflatable wavy tube guy!
Anemo Vision: An Anemo Vision that looks like a fist sized trinket. While you have this Vision on your person, you can conjure earth element to some extent. You can also sense magic around you so long as you stand absolutely still.
Pizza Skateboard: A skateboard with a pizza design.
Summonable Pen: A good quality pen that will always appear in your hand whenever need to write something down.
Two Pokemon: You get two random Pokemon in Pokeballs. (Galarian Ponyta and Drampa)
